The "Iceman", The "Master of the Telecaster", Albert Collins</a> 1932 - 1993. One of the most distinctive guitar players the Blues has ever seen and heard. Using a Fender Telecaster guitar, Collins crafted some of the bluesiest riffs and grooves. His sound is still totally unique.

Texas born Stevie Ray Vaughan 1954 - 1990 has been the most recent metamorphosis in Blues Guitar. He played the Blues, but with a rock musician's sensibility, not to mention a rock musician's equipment. He put the power of Rock music with the groove and feeling of the Blues, making Rock groove and the Blues rock. This brought millions of people to the Blues who have gone on to discover the thousands of great artists who record and perform this groovy music.
