Folk Blues Harmonica Master:
Along with guitarist Brownie McGhee, Sonny Terry (Saunders Terrell) was at the forefront of the Blues revival in 1960's New York City, eventually appearing on Broadway. Considered one of America's greatest harmonica players, Terry broke the Chicago mold with his original playing. Sonny Terry passed in 1986.
