Mississippi's Jimmy Reed was one of the most commercially successful Blues artist of all time. He was the total package on vocals, harmonica, and guitar, crossing racial lines with irresistible grooves and hooks. Reed had more than a dozen hits from the mid 1950's to the mid 1960's. Jimmy Reed passed in 1976.
