Blues music style that originated in the Mississippi Delta region on the United States.
Son House
Son House was a true Delta Bluesman. He helped define the Delta bottleneck style, but quit after commercial failure. Along the way, he became one of the greatest influences in the Blues.

Innovator of Counrty Blues.
Blind Lemon Jefferson
The most popular male blues recording artist of the 1920s.
Robert Johnson
He didn't invent the Blues, but he sure had them. Some of todays most popular rock song were written by this Blue genius. Said to have help from the Devil.
Albert King
Electric Blues pioneer. If you listen close you can hear Albert's influence on Stevie Ray Vaughan.
Charley Patton
When you hear acoustic Delta Blues, you're hearing Charley.
Sonny Boy Williamson II
