Benny Latimore

Vocalist/pianist Benny Latimore followed in the footsteps of Bobby Blue Bland and Johnny Taylor and helped morph the Blues into Soul music. With his own releases and appearances with dozens of other artists as a session keyboardist, Latimore sanded down the rough edges of the Blues to a glowing shine.
