Robeson, Paul Best of the Net
Robeson achieved immortality for his rich baritone singing and radical political idealism. He was a mainstay of the early folk revival of the 50s. This excellent page of info and links is fit for a scholar!

Contemporary songwriter with deep traditional and old-timey roots.

Rogers, Garnet
Brother of Stan, Garnet has the same great baritone voice plus virtuosity on the guitar. He's a popular performer on the Canadian/U.S. circuit.

A wonderful singer of traditional songs, Sally is now mainly a young children's performer focusing on "educational" music.
