July 01, 2004B. B. King - The "King" of the Blues Riley "Blues Boy" King came out from behind the wheel of a tractor on a Mississippi cotton plantation, headed off to Memphis, and found work as a disc jockey. "Blues Boy" was shortened to "B.B.", and the rest is Blues history.
