Sadly, we lose a few more blues talents with the passing of each year, and 2012 was certainly no different. We're always saddened by the death of those that have left behind a lifetime of great music, and this past year took its share of legends, including Etta James, Johnny Otis, and Louisiana Red, among too many others. We honor these bluesmen and women, obscure and well-known alike, with our list of blues artists that died in 2012.
