Lurrie Bell, Koko Taylor & Bobby Rush win Living Blues Awards

With its issue #197, now on the newsstand, Living Blues magazine has announced the winners of its 15th annual Living Blues Awards. Blues artists Lurrie Bell and Koko Taylor took the respective "Blues Artist of the Year" awards, folk-funkster Bobby Rush was awarded the award for "Best Live Performer," and the late, great Nappy Brown earned "Most Outstanding Blues Singer" honors.
